Payments for services, informational products, and goods are due in advance unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and terms posted on the site. Unless explicitly stated, all payments are non-refundable, subject to the refund policy below.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Corporate Legal Services

Professional services require scheduling of resources. You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time via our contact form. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, any payment you made will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, no return will be issued, but you may request a one-time reschedule subject to availability.

6.2 Informational Products

All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, no returns or exchanges are offered once access has been granted. If you encounter technical issues or defects, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of delivery. We will provide assistance or replacement content as appropriate.

6.3 Goods

If you purchase physical items from CorpLegal, you may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, notify us via our contact form. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will refund the payment to your original payment method within 14 days, excluding any delivery charges.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services or content if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payment obligations remain due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
